「Absolutely lovely! Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The valet took our car in the middle of the baseball chaos and got us off on our way in seconds. David at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Our room was fantastic— I love the Art Deco vibe and the shower pressure was heavenly. We had dinner and breakfast in the Club Room and again the service was spectacular. Our waiter made terrific recommendations as well. This will definitely be our new Cleveland go-to hotel.」

「Beautiful hotel, very friendly and kind staff. Clean rooms. Loved the Noshery for coffee in the morning - very nice staff there. The bars were laid back and inviting, enjoyed a cocktail in the evening. Close to the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame and the Warehouse District for dining. So glad I stayed here!」
