「I don't know how this hotel gets 9+ reviews and is rated as a 4-star hotel, then labeled as "luxury" by Expedia. It is sub-3 stars at best in my opinion. Yes, everything in their photos is physically there, then photoshopped to look much nicer. The rooms are aged, the bathroom is old and small, you can't get into the shower without closing the bathroom door kind of tiny. We don't find anything not clean, but because everything is kind of old, you don't feel clean or relaxed either. The staff is...

「J'avais hésité à dormir à l'hotel voisin et avais choisi cet hébergement qui semblait plus charmant en photo. Sympathique gérant et horaires d'accès flexibles (self check-in). Grande chambre. Mais il y avait des flaques d'eau sur le sol de la chambre ainsi qu'une très forte et désagréable odeur d'humidité. Peut être était-ce dû à une erreur d'attribution de chambre ? le soir de notre arrivée, le gérant nous a demandé de dormir dans une autre chambre mais je n'ai pas vu son message dans les temps...

「Really lovely big room and comfortable bed. We slept really well here. Staff were super friendly. There were lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner and a supermarket. The ADO bus station is a 5 minute walk away too. We used the pool but didn’t take part in any of the yoga or wellbeing options. We did eat breakfast in the adjoining restaurant but found there were other better options nearby at a more reasonable price.」

「Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. 」
