「I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny...

「Filled out report out lights didn't work out tv didn't work and majority of the outlets meaning all but one outlet in between the beds worked and they were fully booked and had no solutions other than filling out a paper and having the manager contact us later」

「Parking was easy. We didn’t need AC since nights were cool. Mosquitoes were out at dusk and dawn so bring bug spray. We just needed to stay a night so we could meet up with cousins for dinner between our trip from Chicago to Cleveland. So we did not make use of the other amenities.」

「The property is dated and in need of care. The rooms were passable but still some issues (spiders in the bathroom, dirt on the walls, mold spots in the fridge). Our main problem is that our room smelled very musty and mildewy. When we arrived on our first night the mini-fridge was working. But we found the next evening the fridge was now not working and had leaked water on the floor which likely explains the mildew smell in the room. 「It was a beautiful hotel. Clean, no weird smells. Spotless lobby Coffee and water 24 hours and eve a little snack bar. On my minor inconvenience was the charging stations didn’t work.」
