「I loved the look of the hotel inside and outside. The room was nicely decorated. The only 3 problems that I had were the beds,, pillows, and the bathtub. The bed was hard and the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in at any hotel. I slept on all 4 pillows and it felt like I slept on 1. It was not the regular hotel pillows. The bathtub was dirty with hair in it, and when I stepped in, it made sounds that made me feel like I was about to fall through. I looked forward to a good night’s sleep...

「This is urgent. Please check if you have double charged this room, as credit card company sent two bills with same amount. 」

「The staff was great and the coffee was hot! Thankful for hotels who permit pets. My dogs had a full grassy area dedicated to dogs and they even had a sanitation station. Beautiful location too surrounded by water - a hidden gem behind busy 28th Street.」

「Room was definitely not inviting for the 2 nights I stayed. Old & Dark. Old, wobbly desk & coffee table in front of stained fold out couch. Stained light switches, air vent grates full of dust, broken light cover in bathroom, dirty & chipped up or missing wall/floor molding. I had to hold the lever down on the toilet ea time I used it so it would complete the flush. Small wall mounted tv in front of fold out couch with plug, surge protector wires hanging down the wall to the plug.」

「Big trucks parking taking over others parking spaces.」

「The internet is very bad, even considering the price it's unacceptable」
