「Staff was helpful, breakfast was okay, shower setup was weird, beds were comfortable. Best price for a hotel we could find within 30-40 minutes of Grand Haven in July, so… it is what it is. Bring your own pillow, go out for breakfast, since Michigan is legal get ready to smell weed up and down the hallways.」

「This is our second day we found the rooms to be clean comfortable the common areas to be clean. Excellent breakfast choices why do wine selections and well staffed pool is wonderful quiet place to relax. Workout room is adequate. Parking is safe and there’s a very nice restaurant just in front not affiliated with the hotel but excellent place for a quick bite or more extended meal.」

「Outside looks nice, Breakfast area was fine and the food and beverage was good. The food just needed to be heated up when they first started breakfast in the morning. Room was outdated. Air Conditioner needs to be cleaned very musty. The Shower would only turn on half way, but usable. The tub to shower knob wouldn’t pull all the way up. The sink was partially clogged. The swing bar lock was also broken.」

「The room and property was very clean and well maintained. We were in town for a wedding and only there one night so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the indoor pool. However, the pool area looked clean and a nice place to hang out. There was a foosball table and air hockey table for family fun. Staff was very courteous during check-in and check out. No breakfast but I knew that when making my reservation and was good with it (and helped make the room less expensive). Would definitely stay there...

「非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。」
