「Very clean, staff was great. The pictures of the pool were misleading. Maybe it was pictures of another location, but the pool was TINY!」

I was woken up to banging at 7am for them to grab my trash, and once at 11 for them to do a full cleaning on the room. Both times I had my sign up. The lady at the counter mentioned no manditory cleanings either. Just an inconvenience, really.」

「The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member...
