「My husband and I decided to stay the night at the Grand Amway Hotel in Grand Rapids to celebrate his birthday. We selected a room on the 24th floor. The room itself was average with a typical TV, desk, chair, and king sized bed. The dimmer lights were a nice touch. Unfortunately the bathroom was a huge disappointment. 「We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl」
