We’ve stayed here many times in the past, so take that into account. Room was nice as always, really liked the gym as well. Many options of equipment. Front desk gal was a bit nonchalant at check in. Almost seemed like I was a hinderance to her day. Really the only disappointment of the trip, but not a good first impression. Bellhop Fayez is always a delight and a shining star of the facility. They need to clone him. And all the valets were exceptional as well, as always. They hire very nice young men as valets. We will be back! Location is perfect, amazing room views and nice ambiance.

Beautiful hotel. Nice big rooms. Good food and not pricey. Fitness room and pool (small) but really nice. f im being critical, id say would be the amenities in the room were average and bedding (pillow covers) had a stain. We had a lovely stay. Thanks

Max at check in was knowledgeable about places to grab dinner. Check in was a breeze. The room is spotless and very generous. It is a beautiful property. Our bathroom door has seen better days; it works but could use attention -paint chips, holes, etc.

Perfect central location for walking around the ArtPrize venues. Hotel has a lot of character and fun shops. Amazing views from our tower room. Had a great dinner at the Kitchen.

The person that checked us in was so nice! Room is beautiful and so clean. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. And the room quiet. Great location to fun things downtown.
