「Very mediocre hotel. It was okay for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer than that. I personally like to use the gym but the treadmill was very finicky and the bike didn’t work at all. The entire 2nd floor hallway and our room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the floor of our hotel room was sticky. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they have a little breakfast bar in the mornings with bagels, cereal, muffins, etc. which was nice.」

「Our stay was on the fourth of July weekend. There was plenty of good parking and the hotel grounds were very well maintained. The room was so clean and smelled nice. Great location to get to grand rapids. Overall a wonderful stay! Laura and Tony」

「The room was not clean. There were cob webs in the corners and hair in the shower - GROSSSSS!!! Repairs had been made to the walls, with drywall patch not painted or finished. There were big gouges in the walls in the hallways and room showing must signs of wear that is not being taken care of. The food in breakfast was old and disgustingly greasy. The quality of the packaged food was far below acceptable, and the area was not being serviced by the looks of the counters and floor. We...

「Because my family was attending the tennis state final, we stayed in this hotel. The hotel facilities are average, but the price is relatively expensive, perhaps because of the peak season.」

「This room was not very clean. Staff had gone through and spot cleaned but the property itself was neglected and dinghy, in need of a deep clean (dust in corners, weird smell). There were also not enough plugs in the room. The one closest to my side of the bed was too far from nightstand and would also not hold the plug in, ended up charging my phone in the bathroom.」
