「Very much appreciated how clean this hotel was as I have a very high standard. The linens were so fresh and clean too and the bed comforter and pillows were comfortable. There seemed to be an HVAC issue in our room. The air conditioner made a truly awful sound and then stopped at one point. After that some repair workers came to the room adjoining ours and it was so loud that’s all we could hear until the HVAC started working again and drowned out the noise.」
