「Staff was amazing, beds were super comfortable, great breakfast. Very much enjoyed the beautiful front porch. Ferry personnel did not come in time for our luggage to be brought to the boat, so staff at Metivier Inn brought it themselves. Very impressed with how they went out of their way so things went smoothly for us.」

「We really like this hotel, it's in the heart of downtown Mackinac Island, so it was the perfect place to regroup between biking around the island, shopping or going out to eat. Our view wasn't the greatest, as we had a room that looked out over an alley and nearby houses, but we weren't in the room that much that it made a big difference. The price was reasonable which was an added bonus. 」

「Would recommend Mission Point over the Grand Hotel without a doubt. Right on the lake, pleasant walk to downtown, fairly private but next to biking path. Just a wonderful experience all around. Check out the Paul McCartney show on-site if you have time. And do yourself a favor by sitting in the chairs that overlook the lake for a nice, relaxing pause from life!」
