Overall, the hotel is adequate. It was very dated but clean. The breakfast area is very small/tight, and the available food is limited. I'm 5'10", and the shower head was too low for me. Surprisingly, I've never slept so good at a hotel before. I've stayed at hotels in the $450/night range, and something about this place was better for me for sleeping. I usually cannot stand hotel pillows, but these ones were good. Considering how inexpensive this hotel is, my expectations were met. I would stay here again.

Front desk staff was great. Cute store with Upper Peninsula gear near the front desk. Room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom is showing its age, and the pool was not in service while we were there. Easy access to I-75/bridge and easy drive to grocery store, but not within walking proximity to downtown.

We liked the size of the room and that it was very clean. We love that they allowed dogs. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance which is also great after a long drive. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Mackinac island. It was very convenient to have a shuttle to Sheplers and back each day. The hotel itself had comfy beds and was overall okay for the price, but really nothing to write home about it.

This Quality Inn restored our faith in the hotel chain! From the friendly front desk clerk to the welcoming fall-decorated lobby, we had an excellent stay here. They had a cute little popcorn cart in the lobby and the desk clerk had just made fresh, complimentary popcorn! Great location, ample parking and a quick drive to some really great restaurants. Our room was super clean and comfy. The beds were VERY comfortable. The bathroom was super clean and well stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. The continental breakfast was great - good selection and kept stocked by 2 lovely ladies. Such an excellent stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel for all. 😊👍

They made popcorn and had snacks out in the later afternoon into the evening. Their breakfast was good but the room was small and hard to get around when there was lots of people in it. I would take out one table in the middle to give more room since they had a conference room to eat in as well!
