"Our stay here was perfect— 5 mins from the ferry to Mackinac, very clean and modern interior, and check in/out was quick and easy! This is a perfect place to stay, we didn’t mind it being on the smaller side as we spent most of our trip out and about. For the price you cannot beat this especially compared to other surrounding options! "

St. Ignace is a great location. I like that everything is on one street for the most part. Very walkable, not as insane as Mackinac City. Great shopping, food, ferry locations, and fudge!

Such a quaint little town and (from an outsider's perspective) more charming than Mackinaw City. It had restaurants and sites without seeming like a "tourist trap."

St Ignace has been a tourist town for generations and knows how to do it. Port for Makinaw Island, near a casino, great restaurants and shopping..

I hadn't been to St Ignace since I was a kid in the early 1980's and was very impressed at the beauty of this town being located on the shore of Lake Michigan. There are so many little shops to go into and plenty of dining options.

St. Ignace is the gateway to the beautiful & wild UP from lower MI. There's lots to do, see, and explore. It's only ever been a pit stop for us but I'd love to make it a destination so we could take in all it has to offer.

St Ignace is a nice touristy town, if you have a car there is no hotel that is more than 5 minutes from all the ferries. All the ferry companies have parking available so don't fear about staying close to be able to walk.

We always love the area and prefer to stay here rather than in Mackinaw City. Nice area with a little bit for everyone.

It is a delightful little town with lots of shops, history, and beautiful views of Lake Huron & Mackinac Island.
"This was a lovely property. Only issue was the TV. Could barely get it to work. The front desk was of two opinions as to how to get it to work -- we lost out in the process. Get better remotes or better train your personnel to operate what you have."
"Super clean bathroom and sleeping area. The exterior is a throwback to the 60s motorcourt era but that hides a modern, comfortable room. The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends."
"The price for a two night stay with three beds and a pull-out couch was less than $700 and we spent more than that at another hotel for only a two bed and their bed sucked so did everything else there they were disgusting but Cedar hills Lodge was absolutely amazing they were clean they had lots of space their beds were absolutely so comfortable I actually slept really good for the first time in a hotel they even had very comfortable blankets plenty of towels free Wi-Fi we had a balcony there was a pool a couple of bonfire pits and they provide the wood for you lots of people were going out there to different ones to go do different things just hang out quietly or some were doing karaoke outside there's a volleyball net. Their pool was big and it was warm in there the only problem was there hot tub was not working and when they got it working they accidentally put too much chlorine in there it was very strong to where it was burning your eyes you couldn't sit in it but they immediately took action and turned it off and put on sign up the office workers are very helpful whenever you had a question or if you needed extra towels etc they were always willing to help without question and you even get a free breakfast in the morning which by the way was awesome because you can make your own waffles they had sausage eggs bagels muffins juice coffee that you can make yourself it was a really good breakfast too we made sure that we didn't miss it from 7am-10am plenty of time for it "
"Property is well kept, rooms are clean.kitchen d friendly with a few things for kids to do. On beach and outside pool The lake guts ng in room was not very bright so that made it a little harder for person who had had a lot of eye surgeries or a person who had eye problems. That need the brighter light. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay and the price was fair. Person checked ng us in was very friendly and polite and nice to the kids "
"The hotel is located at the quieter side of town. It has the amenities of the Mackinac City but without all the traffic and commercial activities there. There are many restaurants around the area, shuttle to island ferry. It's located in front of the lake with daily breakfast included. There are 2 pools, indoor and outdoor. All in all, a very nice quiet stay befitting the ambiance of Mackinac."
"This is a quaint little Inn on the lakefront. Amenities were good, staff was awesome, breakfast good and convenient. We usually stay in hotels which are more updated with larger rooms. The pictures make the rooms seem bigger and especially the bathroom. It was really tiny. Overall, the room was clean, and sufficient for our stay. We really loved the balcony just sitting, listening to the waves, seeing the fireworks from the island and especially sunrises. The desk clerk came to straighten out our confusion with the tv remote! Ferry shuttle pickup and drop-off was convenient. "
