「Hotel Staff were all terrific! From Front Desk to Housekeeping to the pleasant Breakfast Personnel, all were extremely welcoming and eager to fulfill our requests. We will definitely return for future visits, particularly after the facility undergoes a planned make-over!」

「Property could use some updating but that is to be expected in up north Michigan. You come up here to experience the outdoors not to sit in a hotel room. Despite being an older hotel, everything was very clean. Everything worked as should. Pool and hot tub temperature was perfect. Breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast and consisted of your normal stuff as well as eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. My family and I would stay here again.」

「I had a really great stay overall at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The pool area does show some wear and tear, and the jacuzzi tub had a front panel that looked a bit offset or caved in, which stood out. However, those were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.」
