I stayed here due to having a family member in the nearby hospital. They do offer a discount for hospital-related stays. Staff were all helpful and courteous. Room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Very contemporary room layout and decor. Free breakfast was pretty good with a decent range of options.

My key did work, all staff were on cell phones. The amenities you said you had you didn’t! Could not even enjoy breakfast because the staff was hanging over you to clean up and make you go away. They also were not friendly and pretended not to know English. Disappointed

Dear Hyatt Guest Relations Team, Upon arriving at our room, we noticed the refrigerator still contained items from a previous guest. At first, we assumed this was an oversight. However, when we attempted to use the shower, we found the handle was broken and it was clear the shower had not been cleaned. These issues indicated that housekeeping did not complete their responsibilities prior to our arrival. I went to the front desk to report issue woth shower the response made me feel as though my concern was an inconvenience, as she looked at me and asked what I expected her to do. After some hesitation, she stated that maintenance would contact us the following day, which was not an acceptable solution given the circumstances. I then contacted Hyatt Customer Service. Unfortunately, the AI chat disconnected unexpectedly, and although I was told my complaint would be escalated, I never received a follow-up call or email. I am very disappointed in this experience, especially from a hotel chain known for quality and guest care. The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability made us feel that our concerns were not taken seriously. I hope this feedback is reviewed and addressed appropriately, as this experience fell well below the standards I associate with the Hyatt brand.

I used to only go to Hyatt Place when I was traveling, and was literally one of the first guests when this location opened. It appears to have recently been renovated and the changes are for the worst. No more carpet in rooms. I found this very disappointing and uncomfortable during the cold weather. No more walk in showers in the handicapped room and the sink outside the bathrooms was never a favorite but now there’s no place to put my shaving kit and other items. Worse yet, the bright lights on the mirror light up the whole room when on, which is inconvenient when others are trying to sleep. On the lighting, that too has become a mess. Aside from the overly bright 5000k cold color temps, light switches are both hard to find and the sofa area lamp doesn’t even have a light switch on it, so customers are pulling out the cord to turn it off! Why not a plug on both sides of the bed for charging phones? Ever think of couples staying there? The heater sounds like a diesel truck when on, and why isn’t there a microwave in the rooms? Whomever designed this and the cold blue color scheme and the absolutely annoying lighting really should be fired / more so, whomever gave the green light for this should also go. It has the ambience of a truck stop. You’ve ruined a really good brand with these changes and lost me as a customer.

The hotel is horrible. I can not work in my room or the lobby with poor Wi-fi service. Can not even transfer/upload small files. I've reported to the hotel staff and both managers as well as leaving multiple messages but never had the courtesy to return my phone calls. It is known issue per front desk staff but management refuse to acknowledge. This is the first time and last I will be staying there.

The Room was clean, the staff was great. The only problem I had was at about 4:30am someone opened our room door, thankfully we had the latch over because the secondary deadbolt did not work.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and needed to have buffet items replenished more frequently. Despite asking the front desk three times for light housekeeping service, it never happened.

No receptionist at the check-in (9:00pm), Had to wait 15mins+ for the receptionist to show up and complete the check-in. Room was very dusty. Bed seemed to be small for a king-size. Hotel was next to a high-way and we could hear vehicles zooming throughout the night. Nothing spectacular about the hotel.
