Very clean and tidy rooms, good linens and beds, staff was helpful for putting on a football game for us to enjoy in the breakfast area. I would go to that location again.
Very clean, staff was great helped us pick a close walkable place for dinner, Palio that was excellent. Room was spacious and well laid out. Breakfast premade omelettes were very tasty.
Would definitely come back to this location.
Good experience! Entrance was a little confusing as you had to go into the parking garage to find the elevator to the lobby. Once I figured that out, I had a good stay!
Everything was great with the stay. The two opportunities for us were that the breakfast was subpar and the staff wasn't too knowledgeable. We had questions regarding the shuttle busses and parking (it's $18 a day to use their parking garage but we felt like there was a way to get it validated so we didn't have to pay) and the two front desk attendants couldn't answer our questions. So, we ended up paying $36 for the parking and not eating the continental breakfast. Otherwise, super clean and quiet hotel close to restaurants and the downtown area!
Room was spacious. Staff super friendly. Jordan was awesome, shuttled us to and from 3x and even went back because I forgot something. Alexxis was also super friendly and efficient! Great hotel!
Easy check-in. Breakfast was different every day. There's no drive up to the front door to check in as the hotel is above the parking garage, which you need your room key to access in and out. So you need to park the car across the street, go up the elevator, check in, then go back and re-park your car in the parking garage. Those directions should be noted when you make your reservation. It was confusing and rather inconvenient. Otherwise, the room was spacious, large bathroom. A bit out of the way if you're going to ArtPrize, though.
we went to see a couple of concerts. the hotel had a free shuttle that was excellent and increased the quality of your trip dramatically. thank you to Corbert our friendly driver.
The room was very clean when we arrived. The staff did a great job answering questions and the phone when I reached out to them. Breaker was the typical hotel breakfast but the coffee was great.
