「The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member...

「The staff were all very friendly with all our families. We were at the hotel during spring break for a stay invacation with cousins. Grandparents and 4 families. Very comfortable sleeping , grest pool area with games that our kids enjoyed. 」

「We had a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch. There was no bedding for the pullout. We also never found the remote for the tv. Its also bery noisey. There must have been a family in the room upstairs or next to us. When we woke up in the morning we could hear the kids running around, almost like they were in the same room.」

The carpet was coming up. Our room smelled like it was previously smoked in and not cleaned right. The AC and heat vent smelled very weird and gross when turned on. Staff was very nice and attentive. 」
