「非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。」

「I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel is currently under construction, which significantly impacted the overall experience and was not what we expected. When we entered our room, it was clear that cleanliness was lacking. There was hair throughout the room, and one of the beds had dirt and crumbs in the sheets, making it obvious it hadn’t been properly cleaned. 「The noise of the people upstairs right above us we were in room 212 was constant even 3am still stomping loudly. When we made a polite call to property, our call felt inconvenient to the person who answered a nd then nothing was really done to resolve the issue.
