The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. 「Bed had only a fitted sheet - no flat sheet no comforter. What hotel expects you to bring a sleeping bag? No ice machine, no ice in room, National brand with no quality control. Avoid」

「1) Very very low Wi-Fi connecting speed than we stayed before, even using paid Wi-Fi. 2) Nothing in the room for kitchen use at all.」

「It was a pretty run down place, had a couple people that were doing drugs in the parking lot sitting in their vehicle with the doors wide open, and other travelers that had children witnessing it. Guess it comes down to you get what you pay for.」

「The carpet in the rooms were very dirty. The bed sheets had some hair on them. The continental breakfast was not good. No different selections of food each morning of the stay. No eggs, sausage, bacon. The swimming pool water was cloudy. The bed pillows were in bad shape. Only one elevator working. The bathroom shower tiles looked dirty.」

「There was no pool open with nobody was notified about and there was a whole bunch of people in the lobby complaining about that when we arrived. There is no breakfast which they are advertised there is. They put us in a room that was in a construction area. Our other room was not ready or able to be in so they put us in a downgrade room and Said we get a discount gave us the money back and then retook it back out after we got home. They only gave two towels for a room that fits five people....

「Property was very clean. Rooms were nice. I liked that checkout is not until noon.」

「Staff was listing off all the things they couldnt do for room service. Offering no help. All ending in finding out long stay guests rooms get cleaned last (about 5pm, if they have time) and i needed to tell them when and what i wanted, which is what i was doing but they couldnt do so. I only asked if my room could be cleaned bf 2pm. I was told no. Very unhappy.」
