「Although we were not there long enough to really use any of the amenities, they did offer free breakfast every morning which was perfect for us on this stay. When we arrived the front desk staff was very quick with the check in, answered all our questions and even offered some tips on making our stay better and suggestions on things to check out or restaurants to eat at. 「This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

「The Finnley is more an Air B&B than hotel. Excellent location, easy access, and felt private. The room was very well decorated feeling like a loft apartment. The bed was comfy. The only recommendations I would give to the property manager would be to provide more towels and a larger trash or a suggested place to take trash. A note: there is no parking at this hotel. The parking garage across the street cost us an additional $48 per night.」

「This is our second day we found the rooms to be clean comfortable the common areas to be clean. Excellent breakfast choices why do wine selections and well staffed pool is wonderful quiet place to relax. Workout room is adequate. Parking is safe and there’s a very nice restaurant just in front not affiliated with the hotel but excellent place for a quick bite or more extended meal.」

「Everything was great except I stayed there three nights and there was never any housekeeping done. I had to ask for additional bath towels.」

「Great property. Very responsive. I do suggest that there should be more seats available outside. There were only 2 chairs and a little wobbly table. Best part was meeting Tina the beautiful silver lab that lives on the other side of the ditch between properties.」
