「This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. 「Hotel was so clean and well kept. Front desk staff were very nice. Garage attached parking about $42 a night. Located near great local restaurants and drink spots. The bed was absolutely the best I’ve slept on. Well rested night! A quick walk to the new arena.」

「Everything was great except I stayed there three nights and there was never any housekeeping done. I had to ask for additional bath towels.」
