You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. 「This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months.」

「For others’s planning to book here, there’s a reason it’s cheap besides it being a motel and not a hotel. When I did arrive there, there was a double shooting that happened 2 hrs before. My girlfriend and I did decided to cancel after the night passed since we didn’t feel safe but we did get refunded for the stay we booked. 「Do not stay here!! We had to change rooms 3 times because of issues when we were trying to check in! Then the toilet got clogged on the morning we were leaving and the front desk informed us that there wasn’t maintenance on the weekends and gave us an old plunger!!!」
