The bed was good, room was neat, and the pool was operating. The hotel had an odd smell. The restaurant was under renovation and closed. Staff was kind and helped me out when there was a misunderstanding and I was not checked in the first night so was not able to get into my room the second evening when I got back. Overall a good stay.

The staff was great and friendly, but the rooms do seem a little bit older. Housekeeping stopped by our room the first day, but we had not left yet, so we declined them to come. I was surprised that while we were out the second day, they did not bother with our room. Also, we wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub had filth all along the edges. We told the hotel staff and it was still filthy the next day. Overall, I thought the price we paid was way too much for the quality of the stay.

The room was very clean I'm not sure what happened but I was the there for a two day stay. But somehow I was listed as a no show and was locked out of my room. After attending the funeral of a family member after the first day.

All of the staff were very nice but the location and condition of hotel were horrible. Our shower did not drain, light bulbs were missing from some of the light fixtures so it was super dark and dingy in our room. The hallways were also dark and had a horrible smell. In an industrial area. The elevator was very slow.

This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed at, the hotel was SO DIRTY. I found a condom wrapper next to the night stand. The bathroom was dirty, tub had dirt and hair. None of the nightstands were clean... avoid this place at all cost.

I was disappointed to say the least. I called three times to make sure the hot tub was working and when we got there it was filled with scum and green. I would never step foot in it. Room had stains and did not feel clean.

Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. The mini fridge was lukewarm at best so that was disappointing for our drinks being warm for the following full day of games. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. Didn't get very many channels on the TV in our room either. Probably wouldn't stay here again for the cost but it was a place to sleep and could've been worse.

This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months.

Bathrooms were filthy, poop on toilet seat and no toilet paper. Restaurant/bar and breakfast were advertised but the restaurant was closed due to health and safety. Patio was also closed. It’s located just off a freeway and not close to anything. I would strongly advise looking at an alternative hotel.

Smelled room dirty sink clogged extra bed not comfortable coils coming out . They would not switch us to a double bed for even one out of the 2 king rooms we booked . They would refund the 2 nd day stay even though we let them know all these issues at 4 am and checked out at 8 am.

The check-in staff member was very nice, however, upon entering the hotel, there was a woman yelling, “I’m not going to stay quiet about this!” There was hair on the walls of our shower, long women’s hair, so clearly it was not clean. There were used headphones on the sitting chair. When we returned after our event, the front desk attendant was on some sort of phone stating, “You will respect the black man,” which was completely unprofessional as it was clearly a personal phone call. Then he proceeded to be extremely rude to us when we asked to put snacks on our room. Will not stay here again.
