「非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。」

「Trash! don’t stay here unless you love the smell and look of water damage. Walked in the room and noticed a very weird smell that would absolutely be noticed by staff but clearly they didn’t care. If this wasn’t enough I was woken up before 6am to the sound of water dripping on side the walls and leaking into the shower. Yes, the dirt and mold from the wall spilled into the bathroom, making the smell worse. Paying for the room felt like an insult. I should have stayed at the $60 days inn down...

「No, no cameras for security and not enough lights.」

「The linen had hair all in it. The bathroom towels and wash cloths had hair on them. The hallways stink and the bed was a platform bed. This hotel was nothing like the pictures. False advertisement all the way!!! The mattress was hard as hell and the pillow was flat and very thin. If you choose to stay at this hotel make it your last resort. Honest opinion. They lucky it was non -refundable.」

「Great 3 night stay! Hotel was clean and offered everything I forgot to pack. Free hot breakfasts in the morning were tasty with a great variety of foods. Everything was clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. What a great experience! 」

「Floor in our room was sticky… felt generally unclean and smelled of cologne. The hallways smelled Iike weed. Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer. 」

「It was a last-minute off season visit. The room and amenities were first rate and the staff was friendly and helpful. Kudos to Dave who setup and kept the breakfast delicious and well-stocked. He made us feel quite at home. :-)」
