「Loved the property as we stayed in the guest house. The friendly black cat would come greet us in the morning as we sat on our private patio for coffee. The picnic basket breakfast was delivered at 9 am and was delicious. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. The flowers around the whole bed and breakfast were beautiful 」

「We really enjoyed this historic older building built in 1884 near the black river and close to Lake Michigan. Our room was small but comfortable; quiet at night and in the morning. We had a nice view of the water. Breakfast was phenomenal with many choices like a home-cooked meal. The only hitch was the first night where we didn’t know how to control the room’s radiator heat and it got too warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful offering suggestions on things to do in the area. We...
