Hot tub was nice and pool was good but short on towel's. Over all a good stay. Bed's a little stiff and the coffee pot in room didn't work and the main coffee was not great. But breakfast was good.

Room was clean and property was also in good order. The pool and hot tub got the spot. They did offer a free breakfast which consisted of bread, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. They barely had enough biscuits and gravy when when gravy was gone desk person refused to help.

Holland is a beautiful area; this hotel was perfect, and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay a great experience.

We booked ahead saying there would be four people and a dog when we got to the room there was two towels. They only provided decaf coffee for 2. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were good.

Perfect for a weekend couples getaway in Saugatuck! It was only about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Saugatuck over to Holland. They gave us the suite on the second floor which was wonderful. Clean, free breakfast in the morning, comfy beds. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on the west side of Michigan!

If you are traveling on a budget, this is a winner! Very clean, nice pool and hot tub area. Patio with nice seating and a grill and the breakfast was really good. Cannot expect much more from a place for that price! Would certainly stay again.

It's conveniently located within minutes of downtown Holland and area attractions and within 30 minutes od Saugatuck. The breakfast bar has more diversity than we expected, including sausage and eggs one morning. Our room was clean and comfortable, and every evening we were there, we toom advantage of the patio area to relax and unwind from each vacation day. We will book again when we return to Holland.

The pool area and outdoor patio area were really nice! Rooms were pretty good. Beds were comfy. Becareful of the showers. The bottom of the shower is not flat and I almost fell out backwards due to the weird sloping sided. (Also found a potato wedge on the floor of the room.)

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Close to many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Alain and Matt (I believe his name was Matt- I think he was a night manager?) they are both wonderful. Excellent customer service!! These two individuals deserve a promotion. Some of the best customer service in hospitality. Thank you again for your help! Expedia also had great customer service getting my stay refunded for me due to some unforeseen issues with the room I had. Thank you Expedia! The pool and hot tub areas were very nice and clean. The hammocks outside were a nice added addition. Thank you!

Check in was easy.. the guy at the desk was, decent. The lobby and pool area seemed quite clean. The carpets need cleaned drastically. Our room was ok. Outdated but big. It had everything we needed and the staff was pleasant and helpful enough. Breakfast was typical for Continental. The area is ok. It's by a lot of business. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Overall, it's overpriced for the quality. But not the worst I've been to.

Pool and outdoor area was great. When we checked in, there was hair in our shower- we got moved to a different room. Breakfast was minimal. On checkout day, the cleaning lady barged into our room without knocking, TWICE. Then rushed us out even thought we had till 11 to check out.
