The hotel itself is great, but the staff are exceptional. We encountered a minor problem that was no fault of the hotel, and the staff generously went above and beyond to resolve it in a way that far exceeded our expectations. I would gladly stay again!

This property was very close and convenient for the family event we were attending. Property was very neat, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good. The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars is that room and bathroom weren’t very well lit, more of a dull light than bright.

Absolutely loved the hotel! It has been beautifully renovated and is very modern and stylish inside. Everything about our stay was 5 stars—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only downside was the service at the bar/restaurant. We dined outside twice, and both times the service was extremely slow, despite it not being very busy. That said, we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend overall!

Best part was bed was comfortable. Bad parts were couldn’t get new, clean towels. They only had pool towels. The lock on our door was not secure. When we reported it the front desk lady said we probably weren’t pulling it tight enough, which was not the problem. The deadlock didn’t work either. Best employee was the guy who serviced the breakfast. He accommodated our needs.

The facility is old, but the price is not cheap. The button on the elevator doesn't come out again when you press it. It needs to be checked. Even if it's a little wheezing, it generates a lot of dust. I want to ventilate, but it's not easy. The staff is moderately friendly. However, the male employee has no laughter. I can't tell if I feel bad because I have no expression.
