「They double charged me and refuse to give me a refund!! Do not go there!!」

「To begin with the property charged my card twice( unresolved) issue . They said the system is down. The first night the room smelled like someone smoking all night in the room and sprayed air freshener, muggy and no air circulation in the room. The front desk staff they will tell you the system is down and o well.」

「This hotel is VERY run down. Everything needs a deep clean and refresh. The air conditioning was not on in any of the common spaces and we had to crank it in our room. While the room was spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable, again needed a deep clean and refresh. Walls are very thin - heard everything. Breakfast was about average if not a bit below. 「Location was close to virtually everything (gas, restaurants, major roads) and staff was wonderful. They were there should you need anything but were never intrusive or pushy. Even during a weather event, I got the sense that they were available should we need them.」

Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny...
