It was nice for what we needed. Everyone was friendly. Room was clean. The whole floor smelled funky. For a 2 person room there was 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel, no wash clothes.

施設のハード面はとてもいいのに、従業員の質、姿勢が客本位ではない。 これはとても設備がいいだけに残念！ 客は2度目にはここには戻らないだろう。 人の質を徹底的に確認するべきだ。

Staff was absolutely wonderful They warned us ahead of time that the door to our rooms were broke and wouldn’t lock besides the latch part.. offered us to go somewhere else if we weren’t comfortable because the maintenance man wasn’t able to come till the next day. Other wise had everything we needed for staying less then 12 hours !

I did like the breakfast. I did not like the fact that the main reason for picking this hotel was it had an indoor pool and I wanted to watch college football on the TV. I wasn’t able to do either. The pool was closed for renovations and the TV remote wasn’t in the room. Another guest said their remote was missing as well. The only solution was to change rooms. I didn’t want to do that. Also when I booked the room I did not ask for a pet room, but the hotel Clerk said that’s what was reserved. The clerk was able to switch rooms so we wouldn’t have to deal with any potential allergy issues.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. We loved the large room with a couch area in the room. Unfortunately we only had one large towel in the bathroom which made showers for 3 people tricky and the pool was closed for renovations which was the one requirement my daughter had for a hotel. We were on the second floor and the ice machine and vending machine were both out of order. The breakfast was nice but very picked over around 8:30 am. The check in and check out were both extremely simple. We were close to the expressway which made getting to destinations outside of the hotel quick and easy.

We were comfortable for our weekend stay. This hotel just needs some updating. Our toilet handle had to be wiggled after each flush and the showerhead definitely needs to be replaced. Several stains on the carpet in the hallway. On the plus side, we were close to the venue that we were attending for the weekend, and we thought the price was reasonable.

We had an issue booking through Expedia. It wouldn’t let me put in for our pet and once we got there the rooms we booked weren’t pet friendly so instead of getting the two 2 queen bed rooms we had to stay in a king room with a pull out couch and neither the hotel or Expedia would refund the money so thankfully the two extra people that were coming backed out or we would have been cramped in one room or been charged extra money for another room. Either way it worked out and we were fine just wish I wouldn’t have had to pay for two rooms when I got pushed in 1.
