It was a very nice facility! The rooms were really nice & spacious! Some reviews mentioned the breakfast not being very hot, even though this was true, we just took ours to our room & heated it up, problem solved!

It was extremely convenient to where I was working, which was just on the other side of the Metro Hospital, from the hotel.

Disappointed breakfast

The breakfast was not done so well The food was not very hot It was very poorly attended The oatmeal was like soup and sausage links were like cardboard and I don't see the advantage of serving The same thing everyday a lot of hotels change it up a little bit and it's with stuff that really doesn't cost anything more I was there a whole week It was the same Not so warm food scrambled eggs sausage patty cardboard sausage links soupy oatmeal water that was never filled up in the glass container and tables not cleaned off when people left

We were in town for a concert at The Intersection. It was a bit of an uber from the venue, but the price was worth it. The front desk staff were excellent upon arrival. The hotel was bright and modern. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Nice hotel close to shopping, some restaurants (dine in or fast food) and comfortable rooms. Turn down service wasn’t done every day apparently, included breakfast is limited and there was some visible damage in the bathroom. Reserve was a King size bed but the room had a Queen. I know these are minor BUT for $300 rate I was really expecting something better. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

There were customers in the hotel that had no respect for other customers and were yelling, running down the halls and jumping off beds until 1am. It was impossible to sleep with all the noise they created and unfortunate people do not respect others.
