The hotel was ok. It’s kind of worn down and not very clean. There were stains all over our room and the pool area didn’t look like it was kept up very well, it felt very unclean in that area with hair and other objects all over the ground. For the price I guess I understand but they could definitely do better with housekeeping and maintenance.

The lady that works Sunday night at the front seat is horrible. So is the guys. First people was my card would go through. Well the reason is they were trying to double charge us after we booked Expedia. The lady didn’t greet me until I said I was here to check in first like I was a problem because I needed to check it. Then I asked about wrist bands for my kid to go in the water park. I got the water parks closed! I said what about in the morning? Her words were come back in the morning and her then. Why not just give them to me then or maybe when I checked in? Everything she had to do was a problem. I guess the only requirement to work there is to breathe.

I'm not sure if it's normal or just a result of our arrival day, but they had some housekeeping issues. We arrived at 3 and were told that our room wasn't ready yet, but we could come back in 20 minutes, and it would be. We came back an hour later (normal check-in time), and the room still wasn't ready. They did upgrade us to a suite; however, that room wasn't ready either. It was nearly 6 pm by the time we were able to check into our room. The suite was spacious; however, we had requested two queen beds, and the suite had one king bed with two pull-out beds. I had to go to the front desk to get the bedding for the pullout beds, as there wasn't any in the room. One comforter had what appeared to be blood stains on it, and the other comforter was torn. The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable. The waterpark/pool was ok. The only complaint was the presence of hard water rust stains, which made the water appear murky.
