Nice lounge area, can get cold at the times if doors keep opening frequently. Rooms are comfy and clean, but outdated and need refurbishing. Very small gym for such a big hotel. Spa is ok. "It was extremely dirty everywhere except for the room which was ok. Barely adequate. The bar/kitchen area looked completely abandoned as though some disaster had hit the place and everyone had run away. The basement area, where we eventually found out we had to make breakfast with mouldy bread was disgusting. There was a large dead cockroach in the sink and the walls were crumbling.
