「Upon arrival staff were pleasant profesional and curtious. Easy parking and booking in. Room was Huge (202) clean quiet and comfy. I got lost in the HUGE bed. To finish off my stay i had a full english breakfast in the morning. 」

「It’s actually quite good. The service is really satisfying. However the wall is quite thin. But the location is superb, the staffs were friendly. It was an nice experience after all. 」

「We had the most wonderful stay. I would say 5*! Fabulous decor, excellent facilities and lovely breakfast. Staff so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great location to explore Bath too. Can’t wait to visit ahain! 」

「The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good.」

「The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. 」
