Have stayed at the hotel 5 times now. This time was the best by far. They have dramatically improved staff, service, and food etc, etc. It wasn't awful before, but now its oustanding! I will be back again....

The warmest of welcomes from Jessica on reception got us off to a good start. Excellent room; clean, comfortable and accessible. Pool area lovely. The only letdown is the soulless bar area. Will return.

The upgrade room was very spacious and well presented. We did try and book the swimming pool but unsuccessfully. Staff were very helpful and always attentive. Will definitely stay with this brand of Hotel again

Staff were excellent throughout our stay. The sauna, steam room facilities were amazing and very clean with everything you needed (lockers, large towels, showers with good quality toiletries, bags for your wet swimwear). In a great location close to city centre shops and tourist spots. Ideal for Christmas market too. Would stay again.

We arrived in the morning by train and were greeted warmly by staff, who then allowed us you check in early. The room was spotless, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and clean. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth.

We had a wonderful stay. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept immaculate including the spa and fitness room. We also enjoyed the little touches such as cookies and cold, refillable bottled water. Thanks so much for a lovely time in Bath!

That and more. Attention to detail, goodies every day in your room, popcorn, cookies, teas, sleepy tea, lavander spray forbyour pillows, lips balms, lotion to keep in your purse. Sparkle clean bathtub, showers and towels. The restaurant waitress,nice rember your name, ours was Alexia and Felix, those two are A+ associates. My only advise its to place security bar's or handicap bar in the tub, other than that. Perfect
