The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very lovely, the dollhouse with the tea and coffee etc is so cute. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful location and very close to everything.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure both our check in and parking was completed swiftly and pleasantly. Whilst dining, staff were helpful and polite. This hotel was the most beautiful accommodation of our entire trip. The bed linens were luxurious and the room so well appointed, with thoughtful extras such as classical music playing on the small radio in our room. Super quaint gem. Staff are amazing! Great location with easy access to central Bath and all that it has to offer. Breakfast was excellent, didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant for dinner but we had a night cap in the lounge which was also exceptional. This was our first time staying at one of the “Guest House” properties, looking forward to trying other locations.
