Location excellent. When we arrived in the afternoon there was laundry in the hallway on the way to our room. The rooms are small and the bathroom is just frosted glass room so minimal privacy. I think for millennials would love this place, not a Gen Xer.

Extremely clean and modern room. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Small lobby with cocktail hour and breakfast allowed for fellow traveler conversations.

I have stayed at Z earlier and I have always loved the experience. I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly for anyone wanting to stay in Bath. Just two things are that the rooms are tiny and so ideal for a couple at the most. I was staying alone. Plus if you are particular about having windows then you need to think and pick the rooms. Only downside is that the cleaning happens only alternate days so for those with dust allergies etc - you need to consider. Overall it was a fantastic stay in terms of convenience and the staff were really nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and things were pretty clean. The only reason I'm not rating it a full 10/10 is that there was a persistent musty odor in our room throughout the whole stay. Don't know what caused it. Everything else was good though, and our stay was reasonably priced.

The staff were so sweet and able to store my luggage when I arrived well before check in. The room was tiny and super clean. Very cozy. Would stay again!

It’s right in the centre of town so it’s very easy to walk to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful and stored our bags for us before checking in and after we checked out.

We stayed in 5 different places, the breakfast was the worst by far. Terrible seating. We requested a room with a window. We got a room that had a window on ground level that could not be left open and had to have shades down, due to the fact there was a walking path adjacent . This hotel is not suitable for anyone past 50. IMO.

Stenhårde madrasser, som at sove på gulvet! Morgenmaden er dyr og kedelig. Jeg måtte bestikke mig til en enkelt gang rengøring i løbet af 5 dage. Værelserne er perfekte til en person, vil ikke anbefale to med mindre man er nygift. ;) Alt andet var perfekt og skønt og dejligt! Tæt på alt, super sødt personale, godt wifi, lækre madsteder, skøn shopping, spændende seværdigheder osv osv osv. i gåafstand til ALT. Perfekt. Vi kommer tilbage - men bor måske et sted med bedre senge og gratis rengøring.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. We had a hard time finding the parking lot they suggested, and they were very helpful in aiding us. The location is a little confusing to find since it is located on a plaza with pedestrian and limited car traffic, but the location is great for getting around Bath
