Great stay

Great friendly staff. Good pool facility and cant get too busy. Remote location if you prefer something quieter but some good walking routes around. Breakfast was fab too.

Dont let the tired look of this hotel put you off, the staff more than make up for it. From the young lady on the front desk who was really cheerful, happy and very helpful, she immediately made us feel valued and welcome. We were in Room 111, I wouldn't call it a Superior room, but it was adequate for our needs. The menu was limited and the on duty manager explained this was due to only 1 chef, but the food was very, very good. The views from the veranda are amazing, spoilt only slightly by the traffic on the M5. Loads of parking but the Hotel could really do with a bit of TLC.

Our stay was comfortable loved the dining & drinking outside on the balcony with sunset beautiful views. ALL Staff were very friendly, the building is lovely from front, but the rooms area bit dated and could do with modernisation. Value of money!
