Beautiful hotel, really enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately the food wasn’t great, overpriced at £20 for fish and a handful of chips and the fish batter was raw. I would stay again as the room and grounds was lovely

A lovely old property, very quirky. Included breakfast was cereals, toast, fuit and yoghurt. We paid extra for the cooked to order and were glad we did. It was very tasty and the ingredients were clearly very high quality. Evening meal was excellent and bar prices were very fair. Lovely gardens, ideal to enjoy a peaceful summer evening. The hotel is extremely dog friendly. All in all we enjoyed our stay,

Our stay was very pleasurable, staff were very polite, the food in the restaurant was very tasty, Combe House was very clean and looked after, and the garden was beautiful. Unexpectedly, the EV charger that I read online that Combe House has, was not actually installed yet, so I would advise people to charge their EV cars before getting to Combe House. Also, even though I booked the room with breakfast included, we were actually told that if we wanted anything cooked, we had to pay extra. Only cereal, yogurt, toast and jam was available (one of the mornings there were also some croissants). Overall, we had great time and loved the surrounding area, which was perfect for walking and exploring of the forest and nature.

This hotel is in a secluded and beautiful spot in the Quantocks. The room was lovely, and we had an amazing night's sleep because it was completely quiet. Also, there is ample parking, and it is dog-friendly. The continental breakfast is included in the price, and it was very good, with lots of choices.

Comfortable country house hotel.

A good three-day break in a comfortable hotel in a beautiful country setting. Food was tasty and well presented. Icing on the cake was the wonderful staff who were welcoming and attentive.
