「My room was spotless ,staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, bed was a dream,meals were perfection,breakfast was of the highest quality,it was christmas party time so extremely busy but that did not take away from the service of staff ,well done to all the staff amazing」

No. But what will I always remember - on Christmas Day morning the staff left a box of biscuits and a Christmas card outside my door. This kind of attention to detail, plus genuinely lovely staff will mean I remember this hotel and Premier Inn as one of my favorite hotel experiences in the last 10 years. 「Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but...」
