「It felt like a mini hotel straight from Las Vegas. The rooms were very nice and very high end. The hotel was very well kept and food was top notch! A gem in Memphis for sure. Even if you aren’t a die hard Elvis fan, it’s just a nice hotel!」

「it is absolutely ridiculous that this hotel charges a “resort fee” . there is no resort. no pool, nothing. if u want more per room charge more but this mickey mouse stuff is dumb. in addition, u should clearly state this Before a reservation is placed」

「This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed.」

「I liked the breakfast the most. My first night I found a roach in the room. Terrible maid service. During my three days no maid service. I had no clean towels nor did my trash get emptied during my stay. Another issue I had was one staff person failed to change the printer cartridge after I had asked for assistance. Below average rating accept for breakfast, parking and security.」
