「I am proud of all staff there. Especially front desk receptionist, I remember one name Ahmed Alsugaie. Also special thanks to day and night duty manager Mr. Aloufi Majed and MR. Alharbi Saif. Proud of my country people working there. Keep up all. Dinning also is a mazing especially dinner. One girl there her name Marwah, she standing up all dinning time as cashier and as bartender. 「Service is excellent. Shuttle bus is 24 hours to haram sharif. Only takes 10 min with bus and walking. It has people from all nationalities almost like a community atmosphere. You can pay more and stay in the flashier ones however umrah is about humility and how we are all equal.」
