One of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had in Europe. The front desk team, especially Erhan and Burak, were friendly and very organized. Tuğba in the breakfast area always greeted us with a smile and remembered our coffee order. Manager Ali has clearly built a very professional team.

We had a fantastic stay at Seven Hills Palace Hotel. The property itself is beautiful, but what really made the difference was the staff. Erhan and Sedat at the reception desk were incredibly welcoming and helped us with everything from restaurant suggestions to transportation. Breakfast was also a highlight thanks to Tuğba, who was always friendly and attentive. You can tell that Manager Ali runs the hotel with great care.
