Several issues experienced:
While fast check in, overall stay hasn't been pleasant. Took 4 hours to receive toilet paper to run after several requests. Very inattentive service at the brizo hotel on several different occasions. Which is also a missed opportunity to increase sales. Had to find waitress to receive check after expressing my intention to eat app, main and dessert. Didn't get a chance to have dessert as i was annoyed. I called front desk around 1am on Sunday evening and no one picked up. All i could think was what if there were an emergency occurring and the front desk doesn't bother to even call the room back. If you're staying on a very high floor the music from the lounge is super loud but they dont warn you of that and i wasn't expecting to hear the music blaring through the walls while trying to rest at midnight.
Overall, this has been my worst experience here. I think if you plan to stay more than 5 days, the service tends to dwindle. I would not come here again. For these prices i could have stayed at the JW as this hotel isnt cheap. Even the level of service/friendliness drops which is a shame because the hotel is beautiful. Next time, i will plan a different hotel for a hopefully better overall experience.
