Steam room was closed (out of order) every time I went there. Indoor pool facility, sauna/steam room section is closed altogether at 8 pm. Very noisy on some nights until about midnight if you are an early sleeper. Food "

"We had an amazing time at Hotel SU - the whole team were so friendly and accommodating. They exceeded our expectations and ensured we had the best experience - the staff at Hotel SU always went out of their way to help us. For example, whenever we needed milk for our toddler - they always provided it at the perfect temperature at no additional cost to us. The breakfast buffet had so many options to choose from - you’re literally spoilt for choice! The hotel is in a great location - plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is also amazing - they have so many options for dining and room service too. The pools were great and they have plenty of activities for children too. This is a family-friendly hotel and we would love to come back again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Hotel SU!"
