「Das Beste Hotel an der türkischen Riviera. Von Zimmern über Personal, Essen, Hotel Anlage- alles TOP」

「Reception staff miserable and rude upon arrival and unhelpful throughout. Didn't get the room payed for, manager didnt help and just put us to cancellations, terrible. Room wasnt clean, toenails and hair around bedroom, cleaning staff do bare minimum which is surprising as I've always experienced them very good not here, lazy. Location is not near anything so unless staying in hotel dont bother. A tip we found was the bus stops outside, even though not sign, worth using as was only 78p, taxis...

「I had a few good reservations for this hotel. It’s a good hotel in general. The staff a bit tense or working under stressful conditions.」

「Super clean rooms and great services. Staff are polite and pleasent to be around. My kids loved the kids club and enjoyed the different pool sides. Will definitely recommend for families.」

「Lovely hotel with plenty to do. Waterpark and pools were very cold.」

「Clean room and friendly staff. Food was okay」
