This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Please check the attached photos and videos—they speak louder than words. My first room (1905) had a terrible smell coming from the shower drain. Every time I tried to shower, I was hit with a wave of sewage-like odour. After insisting, I was moved to Room 1803—only to find it hotter, dirtier, and even less comfortable.
The “new” mattress had clean sheets thrown over a visibly stained surface—see the video. The air conditioning blew warm air in the middle of summer. The walls were paper-thin, with constant noise, and the flickering lights felt like something out of a horror film. Internet? Prehistoric—barely usable.
Despite all this, the staff treated me like I was the problem. I felt embarrassed having to raise issues a second time, but someone had to. The attitude lacked any compassion, especially for someone managing health issues. There was no visible effort to accommodate those with disabilities—no sensitivity, no accessibility support, no understanding.
This place wasn’t just badly managed—it was dehumanising. When you’re unwell, travelling, or just hoping for rest, the last thing you should face is shame for speaking up.
I wouldn’t wish this stay on anyone.
I would like to share the video clip not just a photos, but I can’t attach in here. I will do google review
