「This hotel is very old and not well-maintained. Tiles inside the room and toilet bowl are broken, moldy toilet, etc. Even the marble inside the lift floor is broken too. 」

「The hotel is located near city center. It is close to eateries. The hotel's hygiene is satisfactory, air conditioning, and hot water are all very good. We have a non-smoking room. They have a private underground parking. Disadvantages: The pillow is too old. It would be better if there is an option to pay a bit more for a refrigerator.」

「Trendy design hotel, there are a lot of parking space and restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. If call grab to city centre, the cost is only MYR11.」

「We have booked 3 rooms for a total of 6 people. One room was described as 1 big queen bed plus 1 single bed. To our surprise, there were a total of 3 beds in the big room. The rooms and washrooms were clean. Not much choice for breakfast but still acceptable for a hotel in a small town. The swimming pool is very big and also out of our expectation. Front desk staff are very nice. 」

「It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment.」
