So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). "I was treated rudely by the staff (a Malay man) at the Ground Floor upon checking in (the small reception near the front door). I arrived on 8th March at around 11 p.m. and was dressed casually in a home wear T-shirt and shorts. When I asked for directions to the lobby, the staff member pointed in the direction rudely, with an unwilling tone, probably not expecting me as a guest. Everything else was 10/10, except for this guy's attitude."
