"Assuming our room was representative.of others then this property is in need of a deep clean and some renovations and other updates. The bathrooms have mold, broken fixtures, etc. Around the apartment, the walls have spots and dirt on them and the mouldings and door frames are peeling off in some spots. The kitchen cupboard are all sticky and gross. I honestly don't know how the place is rated at 4 stars. To me this place is akin to a roadside motel. I've stayed at 2 star hotels in North America...

"new condo in strategic location, surrounding with food store and convenience store. When I arrive , there is manager to greet me and give me instructions about the unit. Will come back again."

"The apartment was clean, spacious, and centrally located. We loved being able to walk out of the building and be in the middle of endless food and shopping choices. The in unit laundry was very convenient and we used it to clean the bathing suits, towels and workout clothes daily. The building was busy and popular with short term rentals so the elevator and pool can get busy at times."

"The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually."
