「Poor customer service It took them 4 HOURS to get us settled in. And we have an infant. All that 4 hours and they gave us dirty rooms. There were stains on the bedsheets, pillows, and bed frame. 「Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. 「Our money got stolen in both room during our stay. Staff couldn’t help unless police take in charge. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and definitely won’t come back again. Watch out your personal belongings if you are still staying in this place. 」
