We stayed here for three days, and it was wonderful experience staying here. The included breakfast was very delicious and always fresh. Service was great, free bus transportation to haram was available 24 hours .

I've stayed in many hotels, both abroad and here at home, but Novotel truly stands out as one of the best I've ever experienced. The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the view was beautiful. I have visited many hotels, both overseas and in this country. Novotel was one of the most excellent hotels I have ever seen in my entire life, in terms of service, clean rooms, great views, and excellent food. The food was delicious.

The breakfast was great. Rooms were well cleaned. The shuttle services are great and available every half n hour. However due to the construction in the haram the walk still is atleast 20 to 30mins.
