Mazin and Marwan were exceptionally helpful but could not do much because of Expedia policies which are pathetic. I would recommend booking direct with the property as they are super flexible. EXPEDIA is pathetic and a looser ! DO NOT book with them. 5 STARS to JUMEIRAH !!」

「The room was good, but smelled a little damp. The staff from reception to the cleaners were excellent. The even brought me breakfast from the buffet to the room on the days I was not feeling great and unable to walk to the breakfast room. There is an electric stove/hub for cooking, but no pots were provided. We had to throw leftover food because we had no means of heating the food. A microwave would have been more useful than the electric stove/hub and less of a fire hazard. The proximity to...
