This was one of the most amazing experience ever Alx. The hotel and staff were very accommodating and very nice. It was close to the haram. It’s only couple steps and you’ll be in the haram and pray. I would definitely choose this for me and my family for any future plans. Alx. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Makkah and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is extremely convenient for anyone visiting Masjid Al‑Haram — the access is easy, and the location saves a lot of time and energy. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. Staff were respectful and helpful whenever I needed something.Breakfast had good variety, and check‑in/check‑out was smooth. Elevators can get busy during peak prayer times, so planning a few extra minutes helps.Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay, especially for Umrah. I would recommend it for travelers who want convenience and a calm environment.
